Just to let everyone know, I went to watch gone at the cinema yesterday and I thought it was very good. The "physco" in particular-taylor-was a very promising actor. It is quite chilling and suspenseful, but I liked the under-stated acting, and the way they portrayed the relationships. The ending is also very well done, I think that is the part where you truly see amelia warner doing some good acting, as her character is very pleasant but perhaps slightly bland until this point. Great filiming too. It isn't the best film in the world, but it's pretty good, I'd give it a seven out of ten, and would definitely advise you all to go to check it out, I'm sure some of you allready have!

I LOVED this film. It made me hold my breath so much I nearly choked. It's really well made and the three actors are fantastic. It's the best thing I've seen Amelia in to date and she is outstandingly good in it. And SO beautiful!!

Great movie. This was so much better than Wolf Creek. An excellent mature performance from Amelia, her best to date. She was brilliant towards the end as character came into her own. One shock, wasn't she topless for a tiny bit?

yes but you couldnt see anything because they blurred it out or whatever its called. which is good because she's not really about that kind of thing lol. I think the whole point was she was understated sort of pretty, she was much more beautiful when they made her up in nine lives and quills, i thought. but yes, her acting was very good at the end, i kept on hoping for her character to come out and finally it did and she was brilliant! xx

I've finally seen Gone on DVD. It's not a bad little movie at all. It was quite good at showing how annoying it was to have this guy along with them that they couldn't get rid of.
Check out the deleted scenes. Normally you can see why they were deleted, but the ones on this movie would have worked quite well. For example the one where Taylor takes the wrong turn and pulls over so they miss their bus.
*small spoiler below*
My favorite moment came near the end when Amelia's character is texting her boyfriend and then the phone lights up a few feet away.
And it goes without saying that Amelia was brilliant in it.
